They are seeking an experienced Construction Executive Recruiter to cultivate relationships with clients, conduct candidate screenings, and develop recruiting strategies in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, both existing and new
• Conducting phone screenings, analyzing responses, verifying references, and validating candidate qualifications to meet our client's requirements and culture
• Developing and executing specific recruiting strategies to uncover the most qualified candidates for our clients
• Be responsible for "hunting" new business opportunities and lead generation if necessary

Skills

• Experience recruiting in the Construction industry
• 2+ years of Agency Recruiting & Business Development experience
• Self-motivated, self-starter
• Passionate about being the best at what you do
• Strong work ethic and disciplined mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
