This senior leadership role focuses on driving operational excellence, developing strategic initiatives, and ensuring alignment between operational performance and corporate objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies that support the company’s short-term and long-term business objectives
• Oversee daily business operations and ensure organizational efficiency across multiple departments and functions
• Drive operational excellence initiatives focused on process improvement, cost optimization, and performance enhancement
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational effectiveness and business outcomes
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic plans and organizational priorities
• Lead cross-functional projects and operational transformation initiatives
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity
• Optimize resource allocation, workforce planning, and operational budgeting processes
• Partner with finance, human resources, technology, sales, and customer service teams to improve organizational performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards
• Develop and maintain operational reporting systems to support executive decision-making
• Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing operational leadership teams

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive operations management experience
• 5+ years of leadership experience overseeing large-scale operational functions
• Proven track record of driving operational efficiency, business growth, and organizational transformation
• Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies, performance management, and operational strategy
