Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Escrow Officer / Real Estate Paralegal to join our team in a flexible capacity. This role is well-suited for a seasoned professional who is comfortable working independently. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, communicates professionally, and is a team player.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle real estate files from contract through closing
• Prepare closing documents and settlement statements
• Communicate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and attorneys
• Conduct in-person real estate closings and notarize documents
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely progression of files
• Coordinate with internal team members to support efficient closings

Please note: This role does not include disbursement or funding responsibilities. Those functions are handled by our internal funding team.

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience as an Escrow Officer and/or Real Estate Paralegal (required)
• Strong knowledge of real estate closing procedures
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with SoftPro Select strongly preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment
• Organized, dependable, and proactive
• Comfortable learning systems and technology
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
