• Requirements gathering and workflow analysis
• Production support, upgrades, and optimization
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills

Skills

• Epic Beacon Certification
• 3+ years of Epic Beacon Analyst experience
• Experience with oncology/chemotherapy workflows
• Build, configuration, testing, and support of Epic Beacon
• Treatment plans, therapy plans, and order sets
• Requirements gathering and workflow analysis
• Production support, upgrades, and optimization
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
• Epic Willow or Ambulatory experience
• Oncology or infusion center experience
• Experience with Epic implementations and go-live support
