The role involves configuring and supporting Epic Resolute PB workflows, managing claims processing, and collaborating with various teams to optimize revenue cycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Epic Resolute PB workflows
• Manage and troubleshoot claims processing and charge routing
• Collaborate with coding, billing, and operational teams to optimize revenue cycle processes
• Support system enhancements, testing, and issue resolution

Skills

• Strong experience with Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB)
• Hands-on experience with Claims Management, including claim edits, claim generation, and billing workflows
• Experience configuring and supporting Charge Router and charge routing workflows
• Knowledge of medical coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) and its integration with PB billing processes
• Experience in PB build, testing, troubleshooting, and production support
• Understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) workflows and end-to-end professional billing processes
• Epic Resolute PB certification
