Responsibilities

• Provide Epic Ambulatory production support with a focus on Behavioral Health
• Resolve production incidents and ServiceNow tickets
• Build and maintain SmartSets, Express Lanes, and other Epic tools
• Support Epic Wisdom through ticket resolution, production support, and participation in module meetings
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to optimize workflows

Skills

• Epic Ambulatory certification required
• Experience supporting Epic Wisdom and Behavioral Health workflows
• Strong production support, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization experience
• Wisdom certification preferred
