• 4+ years experience in enterprise SaaS customer support/success
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise software
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, APIs, cloud services, data migration, security, etc.
• Experience working with software integrations between systems You will be the first point of contact when our enterprise customers are having issues. This includes things like acting as a technical advisor, leading complex onboarding and/or integrations, product configurations across multiple teams, and troubleshooting/resolving technical issues If you have this experience, please apply immediately.
