The Engineering Manager will lead and develop a team of software engineers, ensuring high-quality product delivery while fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of software engineers
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive culture focused on learning and continuous improvement
• Support career development through regular feedback and mentoring
• Own end-to-end delivery of product initiatives
• Drive engineering excellence through best practices in testing, CI/CD, documentation, and code quality
• Monitor and improve delivery metrics, reliability, and engineering performance
• Partner with Product, Design, and Data teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
• Communicate priorities, technical trade-offs, and delivery risks effectively
• Help ensure the team remains aligned with business objectives
• Guide architecture and technical decision-making
• Participate in design discussions and code reviews
• Support the team with complex technical challenges and critical delivery initiatives
