They are seeking a part-time Email Marketing Manager who will own strategy, copy, and execution, collaborating closely with the design team to deliver effective email campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own email strategy, execution, and copy for D2C/eCommerce brands
• Plan and write high-converting email campaigns and lifecycle flows
• Develop messaging angles, themes, and flow logic quickly and collaboratively
• Manage timelines, priorities, and delivery across your accounts
• Work closely with designers to ensure copy and design work together seamlessly
• Participate in fast feedback loops via Slack, ClickUp, and Figma
• Revise and iterate campaigns based on feedback and performance
• Balance speed, clarity, and performance without sacrificing quality
• Maintain organization across campaigns, flows, and deliverables
• Highly responsive, organized, and deadline-driven

Skills

• Proven experience as an Email Marketing Manager, Strategist, and Copywriter for D2C / eCommerce brands
• Experience owning strategy and hands-on execution end-to-end
• Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, etc.)
• Solid grasp of direct-response principles and conversion-focused copywriting
• Experience working with multiple brands or agency clients
• Working knowledge of email performance metrics (CTR, CVR, revenue attribution)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable working with Klaviyo
• Comfortable working with Figma (reviewing designs, commenting on copy placement)
• Comfortable working with Slack (daily collaboration and communication)
• Comfortable working with ClickUp (task management, deadlines, ownership)
• Comfortable working with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, shared planning)
• Design capabilities or strong visual/layout instincts
• Advanced Klaviyo technical experience (flows, segmentation, QA, personalization)
