Alpha Executive Search is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong background in large-scale industrial and manufacturing projects. This role will focus on the design and coordination of electrical systems for complex facilities, collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems for industrial and mission-critical facilities
• Perform design calculations and ensure code compliance
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineering teams
• Participate in client meetings and technical reviews
• Support internal standards development and mentor junior engineers

Skills

• Professional Engineer (PE) License required
• Strong experience designing in Revit
• Experience with large-scale industrial projects required
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years of electrical design engineering experience
• Experience with power distribution, lighting, grounding, telecom, and security systems
• Knowledge of NEC, NFPA, and related electrical codes
• Experience with AutoCAD, BIM coordination, and electrical modeling tools
• Ability to collaborate with project teams and clients in a fast-paced environment
• Up to 25% travel as needed
