They are seeking an eLearning Instructional Designer to strategically design and develop virtual learning modules that enhance technology adoption and cater to both corporate and field audiences.

Responsibilities

• Author, design, and develop comprehensive interactive eLearning modules, virtual onboarding programs, and digital simulation tools for enterprise system launches
• Utilize tools like Figma to story-board and design intuitive learning interfaces, and translate complex workflows into clear, asynchronous digital training
• Analyze and align learning delivery with Mobile Device Management (MDM) settings to ensure field operations teams can seamlessly access training on mobile devices
• Utilize Jira, Confluence, and Tableau to track content development milestones, maintain central learning documentation, and analyze digital course completion and adoption metrics

• Strong background in Agile environments
• Experience designing for complex corporate and field audiences
• Proficiency in creating digital assets that streamline technology adoption
• Author, design, and develop comprehensive interactive eLearning modules, virtual onboarding programs, and digital simulation tools for enterprise system launches

• Strong working knowledge of instructional design/graphics tools (e.g., Figma) alongside Agile collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence) and analytics software (Tableau)
• Proven track record of developing scalable digital training for diverse workforces, ideally balancing both corporate and industrial/field-based employee segments
• Prior experience designing digital training or eLearning frameworks specifically for Maximo Application Suite (MAS) or UKG Time & Attendance (Timekeeping) systems
