The role involves contributing to the development, training, and evaluation of advanced AI systems that support educators and learning professionals by creating high-quality educational datasets.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated educational content
• Ensure alignment with pedagogical best practices and curriculum standards
• Develop educational taxonomies, frameworks, and knowledge structures
• Annotate, validate, and improve educational datasets
• Collaborate with AI teams on prompt engineering and model training strategies
• Identify factual inaccuracies, instructional gaps, and curriculum misalignment
• Provide expert feedback to improve model quality and educational effectiveness
• Support the development of AI systems for curriculum automation and adaptive learning

Skills

• Master's Degree or PhD in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Learning Sciences, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in education, curriculum development, instructional design, academic research, or educational content creation
• Strong understanding of learning sciences, assessment methodologies, and curriculum frameworks
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Experience translating educational standards into structured frameworks
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), EdTech platforms, and digital assessment tools
• Experience working with academic research databases
• Familiarity with Generative AI technologies
• Experience with prompt engineering and AI evaluation workflows
• Understanding of responsible AI practices, bias detection, and ethical AI implementation in education
