The role involves partnering with school and district stakeholders, providing training, managing escalations, and ensuring successful assessment delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support schools and districts throughout the assessment process
• Serve as an escalation point for assessment-related issues
• Lead virtual trainings, webinars, and office hours
• Conduct readiness outreach and stakeholder support
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes

Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in K-12 education, educational technology, assessment administration, or program management
• Experience working directly with schools, districts, or educators
• Strong communication, training, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce and Smartsheet experience is a plus
