Responsibilities

• Manage eDiscovery matters efficiently within established timelines and budgets
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and internal team members
• Follow established processes and standard workflows across all assigned work
• Anticipate potential client challenges and proactively implement solutions
• Collaborate effectively within the PM pod and across internal teams to deliver high quality results
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and stakeholders
• Prioritize and manage multiple matters and client needs throughout the day
• Maintain ongoing curiosity and interest in eDiscovery technology and tools
• Partner with internal teams to ensure client needs are met through tailored workflows and solutions
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to high quality client delivery
• Support process improvements, teamwork, and innovation across cross functional groups

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong knowledge of eDiscovery tools and workflows
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate internal systems and technology
• Some years of relevant industry experience
