[Remote] Director – Sales & Customer Success (Analytics / AI Services)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ALOIS Solutions is seeking a senior sales leader for the role of Director – Sales & Customer Success focusing on Analytics and AI Services. This position involves driving new business development, managing customer success, and expanding strategic client relationships across the US market.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition and expand strategic client relationships across the US market
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles for Analytics, AI/ML, Data Science, BI, and Data Engineering service offerings
  • Develop and execute GTM strategies in collaboration with leadership teams
  • Build partnerships and alliances to support revenue growth initiatives
  • Manage customer success and long-term account growth
  • Travel across the US for client meetings, business development, and relationship management

Skills

  • 10–16 years of experience in technology consulting/services sales
  • Strong experience selling Analytics, AI/ML, Data Science, Cloud, or Data Engineering solutions/services
  • Proven track record in: New business development, New logo acquisition, Enterprise sales and strategic account management
  • Experience working with executive stakeholders and CXO-level decision makers
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience with partner/co-selling ecosystems such as Microsoft, Databricks, etc
  • Consulting or IT Services industry experience highly preferred
  • Technical sales exposure in BI, AI/ML, GenAI, or Cloud technologies
  • Relevant certifications in AI, GenAI, Cloud, or Analytics are a plus
