They are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their paid media team, where the role involves planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns across various digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Conduct keyword, audience, and retargeting research to support campaign objectives
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and pacing
• Analyze data and identify opportunities to improve results
• Create client-facing performance reports and present key insights
• Assist with campaign strategy, testing, and optimization
• Collaborate with creative, social, PR, and account teams on integrated marketing campaigns
• Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and emerging digital marketing opportunities

Skills

• 2+ years of experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Familiarity with Google and digital marketing analytics
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
• Agency experience
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Looker Studio, or Google Tag Manager
• Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and conversion tracking
• Knowledge of automotive, outdoor, luxury lifestyle, or enthusiast markets
