They are seeking a Digital Data Analyst to analyze customer digital journeys, optimize digital experiences, and inform business decisions based on data insights.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Digital Analytics, maintaining dashboards and performing deep-dive analysis on traffic patterns, user flow and campaign impacts
• Analyze complex site journeys to understand how users move through the funnel. Identify where users drop off and why, how they navigate the site and how to impact their journeys
• Translate complex data sets into "so-what" insights for stakeholders in Marketing, Ecommerce, Product, and CX
• Support A/B and multivariate testing programs by providing the ‘why’ behind the results
• Work closely with developers and tagging teams to maintain accurate tagging and compliant tracking

Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a digital analytics role with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, AppsFlyer and other event tagging tools
• Ability to build and maintain automated, easy-to-digest dashboards in analytics platforms and BI tools (eg Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or Adobe Workspace)
• Strong ability to query databases to merge site data with backend customer data
• 2+ years in a digital analytics or web-focused data role
• Exceptional ability to tell an easily digestible story with actionable insights from complex analysis and datasets
