The role involves improving platform monitoring solutions and optimizing AWS infrastructure to support performance initiatives and operational best practices.

Responsibilities

• Improve platform observability, monitoring, and alerting
• Build dashboards and proactive monitoring solutions
• Support platform scalability and performance initiatives
• Optimize AWS-based infrastructure and services
• Help prevent incidents and improve platform reliability
• Drive operational best practices across the platform

Skills

• Strong experience with AWS
• Hands-on experience with CloudWatch, Grafana, or similar monitoring tools
• Expertise in observability, alerting, and platform monitoring
• Experience supporting production environments
• Background in Platform Engineering, SRE, DataOps, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or Data Platform Engineering
