Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Medasource is partnering with a leading health system to find a Denial Prevention Analyst for their Revenue Cycle team. This role focuses on analyzing denial data, identifying trends, and driving process improvements to prevent future denials.

Responsibilities

• Analyze denial trends and identify root causes
• Research accounts and claims within Epic
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Registration, Authorization, and Billing teams
• Track and report findings using Excel
• Present recommendations and findings to operational leadership
• Support denial prevention and process improvement initiatives

Skills

• Epic experience
• Hospital Revenue Cycle experience
• Denials, Revenue Integrity, or Revenue Cycle Analytics background
• Root cause analysis and trend identification experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to work independently and communicate findings effectively
