Job Description

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our IT Services team, providing top-notch assistance to employees, and ensuring seamless operations. Your responsibilities will include resolving technical issues, performing data entry tasks, and collaborating with various departments to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Resolving technical issues and closing tickets/work orders

• Answering customer care issues raised from the Helpdesk
• Contributing to desktop projects (global installs/upgrades) as a project team member
• Remotely diagnosing and resolving requests using remote tools
• Investigating and collaborating with different departments to assist with system-related issues
• Recording customer interactions in incident management system, including asset management
• Recovering data from hard disk drives or performing data migration
• Supporting remote access for virtual private network connectivity as well as remote/broadband connectivity for workstations
• Installing and configuring local and network-based printers
• Performing preventive maintenance

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in IT, supporting and resolving various PC desktop software and hardware issues

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Firsthand experience supporting workstations in a Windows/TCPIP environment
• Knowledge of all Windows-based operating systems, including Windows 10
• Ability to work independently and act in a collaborative, team-based environment
