Brookhouse Aerospace Limited is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support the development of business intelligence, reporting, and data-driven decision making. The role involves transforming raw data into meaningful insights, building dashboards, and improving data processes across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports
• Collect, clean, and analyse data from multiple systems (HR, finance, operations, Epicor MRP)
• Write and maintain code for data extraction, transformation, and automation
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions
• Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and KPIs
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency
• Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency
• Support the implementation of new data systems or tools
• Provide training and guidance to users on dashboards and reporting tools

Skills

• Strong coding skills
• Experience with data visualisation tools
• Strong data manipulation and analysis skills
• Ability to work with large datasets and multiple data sources
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience building data pipelines or ETL processes
• Knowledge of databases and data warehousing concepts
• Understanding of data governance and GDPR principles
