Responsibilities

• Act as a dedicated contact for clients, championing their needs and satisfaction
• Foster clear and effective communication both internally and with clients
• Educate and empower clients on critical financial topics, including insurance and retirement planning
• Customize financial solutions to align with each client's unique challenges and aspirations
• Proactively seek and implement strategic upsell and cross-sell opportunities, enhancing the value delivered to clients

Skills

• Must be 18+ years and legally eligible to work in the U.S
• Successfully pass a thorough background check
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce, with the ability to generate insightful reports
• A keen eye for recognizing opportunities for growth and enhancement in client portfolios
• Willingness to obtain a Life Producer license shortly after onboarding
• A background in customer service, leadership, or management is highly beneficial
• Experience or familiarity with educational, coaching, military, or athletic sectors valued
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a steadfast dedication to client success
• Advanced negotiation and technical problem-solving skills are a plus
