Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Integrated Resources, Inc (IRI) is seeking a Customer Service Admin I for a temporary to hire position. The role involves assisting with case file maintenance, handling customer calls, and collaborating with team members in a remote setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist with maintaining and reviewing case files, filing electronically, and making inbound and outbound calls with customers
- Sort, screen, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Escalate non-routine customer issues to tier 2 Admins
- Working in a team environment, communicate and coordinate with colleagues, as necessary
- Additional duties as assigned by leadership
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience
