Position Overview We are looking for friendly, dependable, and service-focused individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Representative – Travel. In this role, you will support clients with travel-related inquiries, assist in coordinating travel arrangements, and help guide travelers through the planning process. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, communicate effectively, and are interested in working within the travel industry while operating in a remote environment. Client Support & Travel Assistance As part of the role, you will: Answer client questions and provide helpful travel-related information Communicate with travel suppliers to confirm reservations and important travel details Maintain accurate records of client interactions and travel bookings Stay updated on travel promotions, supplier updates, and destination information Provide assistance to clients both before and after their travel Skills & Qualifications Successful candidates typically demonstrate: Strong customer service and communication abilities The ability to work independently in a remote setting Comfort using email, online platforms, and basic computer tools Strong organization and attention to detail A positive attitude and professional communication style Previous experience in customer service or travel is helpful, but not required.
