Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. InsideOut is a virtual assistant company based in the United States. They are looking for a virtual assistant to handle inbound calls, answer inquiries, and book appointments for home services businesses.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from prospective customers with a professional and pleasant attitude
• Use our client’s standard greetings and act as a seamless extension of their local team
• Answer customer questions accurately based on provided training
• Book appointments directly into the client’s CRM or scheduling platforms
• Take real-time, detailed call summary notes including contact info and reason for inquiry
• Ensure all summary notes are sent to the client immediately after the call ends
• Send follow-up text messages or emails to clients as needed
• Maintain a high level of accuracy with zero typos or missing information
• Communicate directly with clients to confirm directions or receive feedback
• Proactively make adjustments to your workflow based on client needs

Skills

• C1 English level is required
• BPO experience
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Strong ability to manage calls while simultaneously taking detailed notes
• Confident communicator, both with customers and directly with US-based clients
• Highly motivated, hardworking, and eager to add value to the company
• Internet speed of at least 40mbps with low latency
• Computer: At least 6 core 12 threads, 8gb RAM
• Backup power source is mandatory
• Experience working from home is preferred but not required
