The Customer Service Representative will actively maintain relationships with customers, manage customer accounts, and collaborate with the Commercial Team to ensure excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Work in a busy, customer service-oriented environment
• Flexible and ability to prioritize tasks
• Partner with the Commercial Team to maintain excellent relationships with customers
• Interact with customers regarding markets and documentation needs
• Enter and manage sales and purchase contracts
• Process invoices and monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Researching and obtaining resolution of customer issues
• Effectively manage positive relationships with ADM Assets, ADM Technical Team and Shared Services
• Cross training on all CSR responsibilities
• Other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisor
• Produce settlements, checks and delivery sheets for customers/grain producers daily using grain accounting software system

Skills

• Willing to work harvest hours when required. This includes some weekends
• Ability to multi task is crucial to being successful in this job. Must adapt and perform consistently in a dynamic environment

• Associates degree in accounting or business preferred or 2-4 years' experience with accounting and customer service
• Prefer 2-4 years of experience with customer service
