As a key player in our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.   • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, and other service-related issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Chewys products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to address and resolve complex issues.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to company guidelines and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and consistency.
  • High level of patience and empathy in handling customer interactions.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.
  • Experience with customer support software and tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the pet industry and pet-related products is advantageous but not required.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time and part-time positions available.
  • Shifts may vary, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer needs and ensure 24/7 support.

  • In-depth knowledge of customer service best practices and industry standards.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle high-pressure situations.
