Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Call Experts is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide support in a remote environment. The role involves being the first point of contact for customers, answering inquiries, and troubleshooting issues while maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for customers reaching out by phone, email, and chat — answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and keeping records accurate
  • Handle a steady flow of contacts daily — busy enough that the time moves, with room to breathe between
  • After about 45 days and completing your first skill advancement, take on additional responsibilities like appointment scheduling and order taking

  • Clear, professional communication — on the phone and in writing
  • Comfort staying organized and focused during a steady stream of contacts
  • A problem-solving approach and patience with customers who need help
  • Your own computer and reliable internet connection (equipment is not provided)
