Remote Customer Onboarding Specialist – Entry-Level

Job Summary Progressive Technology is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Remote Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our fast-growing global team. As an entry-level team member, you will play a crucial role in welcoming new customers and guiding them through the initial stages of our services and products. Your primary focus will be to ensure a seamless onboarding experience by assisting customers, answering questions, and helping them feel confident using our platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • * Initiate contact with new customers via email, chat, and scheduled video calls.
  • * Guide customers through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth setup.
  • * Deliver clear instructions and documentation on how to use our products or services.
  • * Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Support, Tech) to resolve any onboarding-related issues.
  • * Track onboarding milestones and follow up with customers to ensure progress.
  • * Conduct onboarding sessions and walkthroughs tailored to client needs.
  • * Collect customer feedback to identify common pain points and areas for improvement.
  • * Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and provide regular onboarding reports.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • * Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, helpful demeanor.
  • * Proficiency in using email, video conferencing tools, and basic CRM systems.
  • * Ability to multitask and manage multiple onboarding requests simultaneously.
  • * Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • * Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Experience
  • * No prior professional experience is required. Freshers are welcome.
  • * Internship or part-time experience in customer service, sales, or admin roles is a plus.
  • * Familiarity with SaaS or tech platforms is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Working Hours
  • * Full-Time Position: 5 Days a Week
  • * Flexible remote working hours (with availability for client time zones as required)
  • * Initial training hours may be scheduled during standard business hours
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • * Understanding of the customer journey and user experience basics
  • * Basic knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • * Empathy and active listening to understand customer concerns
