Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually to understand their financial goals, explain policy features, review coverage options, and discuss premium information
• Assist policyholders with questions, policy updates, claims support, and ongoing client care
• Maintain regular communication with clients to review changing needs, update coverage, and provide continued support over time
• Follow company policies and industry regulations while maintaining accurate and organized client records
