Job Responsibilities:

As a remote customer care specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers from the comfort of your home. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with travel needs, such as booking, ticketing, check-in, and flight information.
  • Supporting ground operations by assisting with aircraft loading, unloading, and baggage handling.
  • Maintaining awareness of gate and stockroom areas, and assisting with aircraft marshalling and pushback.
  • Reviewing and coordinating flight schedules, including seat assignments, catering, and updates.
  • Performing gate and ramp duties, such as ticket verification, passenger assistance, and safety checks.
  • Processing and securing passenger belongings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service or hospitality experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to twist, stoop, squat, reach, and handle objects.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute (WPM).
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Ability to obtain airport trusted status.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to learn and operate a computerized reservation system.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt to performing duties as assigned.
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum age of 18.
  • Authorized to work in the US.
