Job Summary The Elite Job is seeking a talented and dedicated Remote Curriculum Developer to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

• * Curriculum Design Create and develop engaging, learner-centered curriculum, including lesson plans, modules, and assessments for various courses.
• * Content Development Produce high-quality educational content, such as presentations, multimedia, quizzes, and interactive activities, ensuring it aligns with learning objectives.
• * Collaboration Work with subject matter experts, instructors, and other stakeholders to ensure curriculum content is relevant, accurate, and up-to-date.
• * Review and Improvement Continuously assess and revise existing curriculum and instructional materials to enhance learning outcomes and student engagement.
• * Training and Support Provide guidance and support to instructors and learners to ensure the smooth delivery of the curriculum.
• * Quality Assurance Ensure all curriculum materials meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and adhere to best practices in instructional design.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Education A Bachelors degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field is preferred.
• * Experience Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a related field.
• * Technical Skills Proficiency in instructional design tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
• * Communication Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write clear and concise educational content.
• * Problem-Solving Strong analytical skills to assess curriculum effectiveness and make improvements as needed.
• * Attention to Detail Ability to maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency in content creation.
• Experience
• * Minimum of 2 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational content creation.
• * Experience with eLearning platforms and tools, such as LMS systems, and familiarity with blended learning methodologies.
• * Prior experience working remotely is an asset but not a requirement.
• Working Hours
• * This is a full-time remote position with flexible working hours.
• * Expectation to collaborate with the team during core business hours (900 AM to 500 PM EST), but the role offers flexibility to accommodate different time zones.
