Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Aquent is seeking an experienced Creative Project Manager for their women’s wellness brand to cover a 16-week maternity leave. The role involves managing creative campaigns, coordinating with agency partners, and ensuring project timelines are met within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end project management of creative campaigns from brief through delivery, including seasonal and evergreen initiatives
• Weekly creative reviews — facilitating feedback loops between internal stakeholders (including founder Lauren Bosworth) and external creative agencies
• Day-to-day management of agency partners (currently Lunar and Cuttable), ensuring timelines, deliverables, and feedback are actioned correctly
• Cross-functional coordination across marketing, product development, and creative — keeping projects on track in a fast-moving, lean org
• Asset and file management, ensuring internal teams have proper access and feedback is incorporated (Figma, Google Drive)
• Running weekly campaign stand-ups and maintaining project trackers

Skills

• 5+ years of creative PM experience, ideally at a DTC or consumer brand
• Comfortable managing agencies and holding external partners accountable
• Can ramp quickly — this is a cover role with minimal runway
• Thrive in a lean, high-ownership environment
• Have worked closely with a founder or senior creative leader before
