Overview

As a Remote Coverage Agent, you will guide individuals through policy options and protection plans by answering questions, recommending best-fit coverage, and helping them move forward with enrollment. This is a consultative, phone-based life insurance role for someone who enjoys steady conversation, organized workflows, and clear next steps. This is a full-time, fully remote position with warm leads provided and full training. Earnings are commission-based, with an estimated typical range of $55,000 to $75,000 plus bonuses and incentives. Estimated earnings are performance-based and reflect your consistency and results.

What You'll Do

• Respond to warm inquiries and schedule or complete coverage needs reviews
• Present policy options using simple, guided talking points
• Ask discovery questions to understand goals, budget, and coverage needs
• Support clients through the application and enrollment process and confirm selections
• Keep detailed notes so follow-ups and handoffs stay accurate
