The role involves coordinating inquiries and investigations, managing operations for government investigation processes, and collaborating with various teams to support key initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and collaborate on inquiries and investigations, advising on response and strategy
• Partner with teams across the Client corporation to support a variety of key initiatives
• Manage PgM Operations for government investigation intake processes, including initial playbook and desktop procedure development
• Maintain SOPs/Playbooks

Skills

• Coordinate and collaborate on inquiries and investigations, advising on response and strategy
• Partner with teams across the Client corporation to support a variety of key initiatives
• Manage PgM Operations for government investigation intake processes, including initial playbook and desktop procedure development
• Maintain SOPs/Playbooks
• Experience in big 4 consulting, legal experience a bonus
• End-to-end project management experience and relevant certifications (Prince2, agile etc)
• Six Sigma a bonus
• 4+ years experience, minimum
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels, communicate with lawyers/legal teams, support change management
