Responsibilities

• Reviewing and negotiating NDAs, vendor agreements, procurement agreements, MSAs, and SOWs
• Managing contract intake
• Routing agreements for execution
• Maintaining contract records
• Supporting day-to-day workflow operations

Skills

• Experience as a Contracts Manager
• Experience supporting energy-sector clients
• Strong commercial contracting skills
• Ability to handle routine contract management responsibilities
• Experience reviewing and negotiating NDAs, vendor agreements, procurement agreements, MSAs, and SOWs
• Experience managing contract intake and routing agreements for execution
• Experience maintaining contract records
• Ability to support day-to-day workflow operations
