[Remote] Content Manager

They are seeking an experienced Content Manager to oversee the development, editing, and execution of engaging content across various digital channels for a large-scale business website.
Responsibilities
- Manage and edit web content across the organization’s business website
- Build and launch new website pages and promotional offers
- Partner cross-functionally with UX, Development, and Content/Writing teams to bring digital experiences to life
- Support a variety of web-based projects with approximately 3–5 day turnaround times
- Collaborate with QA to ensure quality and accuracy of content prior to launch
- Balance approximately five concurrent projects per week, with workload varying based on business priorities
Skills
- Experience in web content management and CMS platforms, ideally Sitecore
- Manage and edit web content across the organization's business website
- Build and launch new website pages and promotional offers
- Partner cross-functionally with UX, Development, and Content/Writing teams to bring digital experiences to life
- Support a variety of web-based projects with approximately 3–5 day turnaround times
- Collaborate with QA to ensure quality and accuracy of content prior to launch
- Balance approximately five concurrent projects per week, with workload varying based on business priorities
- Sitecore 8 and Sitecore 10 (core CMS platforms) — experience with Page Editor and Content Editor preferred due to ongoing migration efforts
- Figma (for UX/design reference)
- ServiceNow or Jira for project intake and workflow management
- Microsoft tools/environment
- Ability to understand and execute website requirements independently in a fast-moving environment
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with UX, Developers, and Content/Writing teams
- HTML and front-end knowledge is a plus, but not required
