The role involves designing and implementing Systematics practice offerings, identifying business process improvements, and providing technical expertise to enhance client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Designs, enhances and implements Systematics practice offerings to support client requirements and address market opportunities
• Identifies business process improvements for increased efficiency and enhanced client experience
• Researches and resolves critical issues related to practice in a timely and professional manner
• Provides technical and Systematics business domain expertise
• Performs other related duties as required

Skills

• Must have in depth Systematics ALS-SM application domain experience that can be applied to different delivery practice offerings such as upgrades, conversions, production support, training, migrations, and other implementation services
• Must have demonstrated leadership skills and ability to get along effectively on teams
• Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Both Systematics Technical and Business domain expertise
