Rental Growth Systems is a company that aids portable toilet and dumpster rental businesses in enhancing their visibility and generating leads. They are seeking an Outside Sales Rep to engage in commission-only cold outreach sales to local rental companies, focusing on building relationships and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Cold calling portable toilet and dumpster rental companies
• Following up with prospects through phone, email, and direct outreach
• Starting conversations around their directory listing and featured partner availability
• Booking and/or closing qualified sales conversations
• Tracking activity inside our CRM
• Following provided scripts, workflows, and follow-up processes
• Managing your assigned state or region without internal competition

Skills

• Prior sales experience required
• Must be comfortable making outbound calls
• Must be organized and able to track activity in a CRM
• Must be willing to work on commission only
• Cold outreach experience strongly preferred
• Blue-collar, home services, local business, or B2B sales experience preferred
