They are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to provide professional service and insurance expertise to clients while supporting Producers in retaining and growing the agency's client base.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and insurance carriers
• Conduct coverage analysis for commercial prospects and clients, and gain a clear understanding of the scope of their business
• Coordinate efforts and introduce resources to control or mitigate risk exposures
• Deliver exceptional and timely service
• Consistently increase knowledge through research and trends in products, staying up-to-date on current topics in the insurance and risk management marketplace

Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial accounts
• Strong team mentality
• Ability to grasp new concepts/automation quickly
• Excellent and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Commercial underwriting knowledge
• Active Property and Casualty license for the State of Ohio
