They are seeking a full-time relationship-driven Commercial Lines Account Manager to support and service a small commercial book of business, focusing on delivering exceptional client service and managing accounts independently.

Responsibilities

• Quote, market and bind small commercial policies
• Process policy endorsements and account changes
• Handle policy renewals including reviewing renewal terms and communicating with clients
• Issue certificates of insurance and evidence of coverage
• Communicate with insurance carriers regarding policy questions, changes and billing issues
• Identify cross-selling and account growth opportunities
• Quote new small commercial business as needed
• Collect and verify underwriting information from clients
• Maintain accurate documentation and account records in the agency management system (Hawksoft)
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely, professional manner
