Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. iNX Commercial Cleaning Solutions is building their first-ever outbound sales team and is seeking a Commercial Accounts Growth Associate. This role involves making outbound calls to business contacts, handling objections, and connecting prospects with the inside sales team to facilitate appointments.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to business decision-makers every day
• Learning and applying our call framework and objection handling techniques
• Connecting qualified prospects with our inside sales team through warm live introductions or scheduled appointments
• Keeping your activity and contact notes accurate and up to date

Skills

• Comfortable and confident on the phone
• Organized, reliable, and coachable
• Prior experience in customer service, retail sales, leasing, insurance, telesales, or similar phone-heavy roles welcome
• No prior outbound B2B sales experience required
