They are seeking a College Football Content & Social Media Intern to help transform long-form college football shows into standalone content for YouTube and social media, focusing on identifying compelling topics and segments for fan engagement.

Responsibilities

• Review live college football shows and podcast-style discussions
• Identify compelling discussion segments that can become standalone videos
• Create YouTube videos from longer shows
• Create YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and other social media clips
• Use AI tools to assist with transcripts, topic identification, titles, descriptions, and workflow
• Help develop video titles and content angles
• Organize content across multiple team-specific channels
• Stay current on recruiting, transfer portal activity, coaching changes, roster movement, and major college football storylines

Skills

• Strong interest in college football
• Active follower of college football year-round
• Familiarity with recruiting, transfer portal activity, coaching changes, and team news
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and similar platforms
• Basic video editing skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Reliable and able to meet deadlines
• Experience creating YouTube content
• Experience editing podcasts, livestreams, or long-form discussions
• Familiarity with YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form content
