[Remote] Clinical Systems Analyst

SCA Health is a leading organization in specialty care, focusing on patient-centered practice solutions across a network of ambulatory surgical centers and specialty clinics. The Clinical Systems Analyst will support and troubleshoot clinical applications, ensuring effective operations and user satisfaction within the healthcare technology landscape.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of EHR, Practice Management, Revenue Cycle, and integrated solutions, specifically Athena Health clinical applications
- Participate in the configuration and customization of clinical applications to meet the needs of SCA’s specialty practices
- Work with end-users to identify, document, and resolve issues related to clinical applications
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing for system updates and new system implementations
- Support data integrity initiatives by assisting with data extraction, reporting, and analysis
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, clinical staff, and vendors to ensure seamless system operations
- Develop training materials and provide end-user training and support, as needed
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare technology and clinical applications
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in a systems administrator or analyst capacity using Athena Health applications in a provider practice environment
- Comfortable communicating directly with physicians, practice operations, revenue cycle, and external vendors
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a changing and fast-paced environment
- Experience using ServiceNow, ZenDesk, Jira, or equivalent ticketing systems
- Experience working with specialty practices
