Excellent project management, organizational, and planning skills. Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, particularly in a virtual environment. Experience with grant management and budgeting is highly desirable. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Proficiency in virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams) and project management software.

Benefits

This is a fully remote position, offering significant flexibility and work-life balance. Our client provides a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a generous 401(k) plan with employer match, and substantial paid time off.
