About the Role

Our client is a leading digital wellness platform seeking a talented and experienced Remote Certified Yoga Instructor & Mindfulness Facilitator. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging online yoga classes and mindfulness sessions to a global audience. The ideal candidate is passionate about promoting well-being, has a deep understanding of yoga philosophy and various meditative practices, and possesses exceptional communication skills for an online environment. You will play a key role in expanding our client's digital wellness offerings and inspiring individuals worldwide to cultivate inner peace and physical health from the comfort of their homes. This role emphasizes creating a welcoming and accessible virtual space for all participants.

Key Responsibilities

Design and lead live and pre-recorded online yoga classes across various styles (e.g., Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative). Facilitate guided meditation and mindfulness sessions, including breathing exercises and stress-reduction techniques. Develop engaging content and provide clear, concise instructions suitable for virtual instruction. Build and foster a supportive online community for participants. Communicate effectively with participants before, during, and after sessions. Stay updated on the latest trends in online yoga instruction and mindfulness practices. Collaborate with the platform's content team to enhance user experience and program offerings. Manage class schedules and ensure technical readiness for all online sessions. Provide modifications and guidance to accommodate different skill levels and physical needs. Encourage consistent participation and promote a holistic approach to well-being.

Requirements

RYT-200 certification or higher from a recognized yoga alliance. Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching yoga classes, with at least 1 year of online teaching experience. Proven experience in guiding meditation and mindfulness practices. Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills for virtual platforms. Proficiency with online meeting and streaming software (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet). Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and encouraging virtual atmosphere. Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and safe yoga sequencing. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting. Reliable high-speed internet connection and appropriate home setup for video recording/streaming. Passion for sharing the benefits of yoga and mindfulness.
