Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting into SMB tech/engineering leaders
• Sell contract staffing, IT projects, consulting into new logos
• Full cycle ownership: discovery → proposal → close
• Partner with delivery for 48-hour req fulfillment
• Convert first wins into $1M+ accounts

Skills

• Proven $1M+ staffing/IT projects/consulting quota attainment
• New logo wins at $100K–$500K deal size
• Cold outbound mastery
• Strong negotiation skills
