Vector Talent is partnering with a leading European IVD company to find their next US commercial hire for the role of Business Development Manager. This position focuses on biospecimen access, prospective sample collections, and supporting evaluation and validation studies for diagnostic manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Proven commercial track record in biospecimen sales, sample access, or biobanking
• An existing network in the US diagnostics or IVD space, relationships that open doors
• Genuine understanding of why IVD manufacturers need samples, not just what samples are available
• Hunter mentality, comfortable building from scratch, not managing what's already there
• BD or strategic account background and open to someone from inside sales
