[Remote] Business Development Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Atlantic Group is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives across the United States. The role involves driving new business through strategic outreach, client education, and industry networking while cultivating lasting partnerships and exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, outreach, industry events, etc
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
  • Lead meetings and presentations to educate potential clients on accounting outsourcing services
  • Develop tailored proposals and solutions that address the unique needs of prospective clients
  • Represent firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to increase visibility and generate leads
  • Track and manage leads, opportunities, and client communications within a CRM system (HubSpot)
  • Define business development strategies and set targets
  • Consistently achieve and exceed business development goals and sales targets

Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development
  • Experience in the accounting or finance industry required
  • Bachelor's Degree required, accounting/finance major preferred
  • Proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) for lead management and sales tracking
  • Results-oriented and client-focused with a history of achieving sales targets
  • Established network within the accounting or business services industry
