[Remote] Business Development Manager

The role involves identifying new business opportunities, expanding partnerships, and supporting market expansion initiatives across various sales channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage partnerships with retailers, distributors, resellers, and strategic channel partners
  • Expand relationships across consumer electronics, technology, and enterprise ecosystems
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities within retail, B2B, and channel sales environments
  • Support go-to-market execution and channel growth strategies
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, operations, and leadership teams to support business growth
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and partnership opportunities

Skills

  • Strong experience in consumer technology, AI tech, SaaS, smart devices, or related industries
  • Ability to develop and manage partnerships with retailers, distributors, resellers, and strategic channel partners
  • Ability to expand relationships across consumer electronics, technology, and enterprise ecosystems
  • Ability to identify and drive new business opportunities within retail, B2B, and channel sales environments
  • Ability to support go-to-market execution and channel growth strategies
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
  • Ability to collaborate with internal marketing, operations, and leadership teams to support business growth
  • Ability to monitor market trends, competitor activity, and partnership opportunities
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, channel sales, strategic partnerships, or account management
  • Background in consumer electronics, AI hardware, SaaS, smart devices, IoT, or related technology industries
  • Existing relationships with retailers, distributors, VARs, enterprise buyers, or channel networks strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with offline retail channels such as Best Buy, Costco, Walmart, Target, carrier channels, or regional distributors is a plus
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
